This exclusive program is designed around a beautiful boutique hotel that accurately reflects the Bohemian and Slow Life spirit of Ibiza. Total disconnection in this old rural farm with bright white walls. The use of wood and natural materials gives it a rustic and elegant look. Surrounded by thirteen hectares of orange trees, this place is a haven of peace and helps to disconnect during your incentive in Ibiza.

Program
Day 1 – Back to the Land

Upon the arrival of the participants, you will be greeted by a member of our team, your Islander and ambassador. You will be given an Ibizan basket with your accessories for your best incentive trip in the Balearic Islands.

Then, a moment of conviviality with a healthy soda in the middle of a typical Ibizan farm.

To make the most of this natural and relaxing environment, Sara will teach you the basics of Hatha Yoga, which leads to mastery of the body and the senses. A Zensoriel moment, ideal to break away from the little problems of the day to day and start the Ibiza getaway in a relaxed way.

During this time, your host Jordi will prepare a delicious KM0 dinner made with fresh products from this organic farm that you will savor under the stars. A good « aperitif » of what the island offers.

Day 2 – Here Comes the Sun

Ibiza, land of authenticity. Immerse yourself in the universe of the 60s, aboard your 2CV or Mehari, exploring its interior and its wild coasts. To add a different touch to your day, we are offering a series of #Insiders tests that will strengthen the cohesion of the group but above all they will establish a connection with the outside world. Isn’t that the best way to soak up the island’s bohemian soul?

Along the way, you will meet locals who are passionate about their work: Samuel, producer of the only coffee on the island; Oscar, creator of Ibosim 100% Ibiza beer and Antonia who will explain the process of making the « Hierbas » liquor that accompanies all the good family meals on the island. #MeetTheLocals

Then it is time for a moment of relaxation in one of our favorite Chiringuitos on the island: a traditional and family restaurant by the sea where you will enjoy traditional cooking in the wood oven. Its specialty: Bullit des Peix (rock fish stew, a delight!).

Equipped with a flower crown and your John Lennon sunglasses, you will leave behind the wheel of your vintage vehicle to end the day in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. The islet of Es Vedra is a majestic and mystical rock that seems to emerge from the water. According to legend, it is one of the most important magnetic points on the planet (a kind of Bermuda Triangle). It is to the rhythm of the percussions of Joan (percussionist who participates in the famous ceremony of the night of the drums that takes place every Sunday night in the north of the island) accompanying the sunset, that you will say goodbye to the sun. #MeetTheLocals

At dinner, relaxed and informal atmosphere, around a show cooking paella and finger food. The little extra of the evening, a Gin stand produced in Ibiza and presented by our friends. #MeetTheLocals

Day 3 – Do you want to go to the Seaside?

Set sail for Formentera, the smallest of the Balearic Islands and Ibiza’s neighbor. This paradise on earth is also a maritime reserve of the UNESCO natural heritage. It is famous for its crystal clear waters and long beaches lined with dunes and pine trees.

On board a solar powered catamaran, you will discover this must see. Zero emissions target! #ThinkGreen.

Passionate about sailing, the mission of the crew is to educate participants about the main challenges to preserve the seas and oceans, all in a fun and innovative way.

In the program: relaxation, swimming and action with the possibility of a CSR team building! Inspired by the famous Regatta « La Route du Sel », he will challenge his companions with the same objective: to collect the maximum amount of salt that will be converted into a donation form for the protection of Posidonia meadows (these underwater plants that give this clarity to the waters of the Mediterranean).

 

Back in Ibiza, we take you to a spectacular setting to end the day in style: a beach club anchored on a cliff and overlooking the sea.

Dress code: Boho Chic. Our favorite music group will immerse you in a chill bohemian universe while enjoying the excellent local cuisine « Slow Food » while having cocktails in front of the sea.

Day 4 – Every Breath you take

Last day, last moments, so take advantage of every minute not to regret it! Dalt Vila (which means ‘upper town’) is another must-see in Ibiza. Since 1999, it has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage, in the category « Ibiza, biodiversity and culture ».
