Today we offer you an example of a program around a beautiful and atypical boutique hotel that accurately reflects this bohemian, free and authentic spirit. Its location, in the heart of the Sierra Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage) and especially in Sóller / Port Sóller (the Valley of the Orange Trees), is the most perfect to escape and recharge your batteries during an incentive in Mallorca.

Program

DAY 1: Upon the arrival of the participants, we will leave space to share and meet around an aperitif near the hotel pool followed by a dinner at the hotel restaurant that has some of the most beautiful views of Puerto de Sóller. You will be greeted by a member of our team, your Islander and ambassador to the destination. Delivery of your Mallorcan basket with your accessories for the best incentive in the Balearic Islands.

DAY 2: Mallorca, a paradise for hiking and nature lovers! Accompanied by Ana, our local guide, we will leave the hotel to discover one of the hidden facets of the island and its natural treasures. The aromas of orange and lemon trees in bloom will guide you to the typical town of Fornalutx, declared « the most beautiful town in Spain ». To give an original touch to our walk, we will combine relaxation and exploration with the creation of a herbarium for a liquor workshop very popular on the island: Las Hierbas, which accompanies all the good meals of Mallorcan families. as an aperitif or digestif.

On the way, we will make a stop at the house of our friend Tuti to taste two specialties from the island of Mallorca: the natural orange juice from Sóller and the traditional pastry called « Ensaimada ».

Before going to the table, this time we will awaken another of your senses: taste! We invite you to discover three types of oils produced on the island with different characteristics. It is up to you to recognize them. Then it’s time to relax at one of our favorite restaurants in Port Soller: a traditional family restaurant represented by Angela. A delight for lovers of Mallorcan cuisine.

We will continue the day under the sign of interactivity and discovery. So sit on board the old wooden tram that will take you to our next activity. Does a Gymkana with tablets seem « already seen » and redundant? We will do it with a different approach: a Team Building #MeetTheLocals and #Insiders. Challenges, yes! but also encounters and interactions with the local population. Meet Joachim and Rosa, creators of Jabón de Mallorca; Joan, oil producer from Sóller; “Les Valentes Dones”, awarded at the “Es Firó” festival in Sóller.

For the aperitif, as promised, we will make the typical Herb liquor and the participants will be able to leave with their little bottle in memory of this weekend in Mallorca.

To end this day full of discoveries, participants will enjoy the beautiful surroundings of a restaurant overlooking the sea combined with a tasty Mediterranean dinner, all within walking distance of the hotel.

DAY 3: Relaxation! We will board a traditional LLaüt boat to Cala Tuent, a virgin cove with crystal clear waters. We will explore the corners of this place by kayak or paddle surf accompanied by our local guide, Javier.

For lunch, we will enjoy this idyllic setting from the Chiringuito that overlooks this magnificent setting. Nothing better than combining the pleasure of the eye with the pleasure of the taste buds!

Before leaving for Port Soller, we will give you the opportunity to explore the seabed with your snorkel kit.

Then, we will leave Port Soller behind for new experiences towards the Miramar Monastery. A little touch of adventure for this incentive with a night under the stars.

We will enjoy the sunset with Lola during a Sunset Yoga session, we will let ourselves be carried away by the soft sounds of Samuel’s Hangpan and we will observe the constellations with Leo after a paella under the stars.

DAY 4: Early in the morning, organic breakfast with local products and Km0 to start the day well before leaving for Palma.

Palma, a must-see in Mallorca for its history and architectural beauty. We will discover it by bicycle accompanied by our tour guide who will reveal all its legends along the way.

The excursion will end with our old friend Mauricio in the market of Palma, the Mercat De l’Olivar. It is located in the heart of the city of Palma and offers with its 115 stations a selection of innumerable fresh and local products. The quality of the fresh and seasonal products used is the basis of Mauritian cuisine, as are its Josper ovens.
