A native of Ibiza, he founded his distillery to promote the richness of the most traditional products from the land and sea of Ibiza. Thus begins the adventure of this young Ibizenco businessman and his determination to bottle the heart of the Ibiza forest in an absolutely natural and artisanal way. From this process, he obtains the success of a family formula. For almost 2 hours, Juan will teach you the art of making the typical Ibizan liqueur, known as Hierbas Ibicencas.
Spirit drink that accompanies all good meals as a digestive guide or sometimes even as an aperitif. This anise-flavored alcohol has always enjoyed great popularity among families in Ibiza.
At the end of the workshop, you will then leave with your own bottle of hierbas, which you can consume 3 months after its preparation.
